Smoked Pork Tenderloins
Simple Indoor Smoked Loins that only takes 4-5 hours.
Ingredients
- 4 + LBS Pork of Tenderloins I normally use two pork tenderloins. Weighing about 2LBS each.
- 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 6-8 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
- 1 Cup Vegetable Beef, or Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
- ½ Tbsp. Oregano
Instructions
- No giant outdoor smoker? No problem. Use a KitchenQue Stovetop Smoker or other stovetop smoker.
- Remove the silver skin from the pork, pour your woodchips into the broth, or just use water, your choice. Place soaked woodchips into the pot. Cover the pork with your dry seasonings, place pork loins on the grill, and top with fresh Thyme. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Notes
I used a KitchenQue Stovetop Smoker
Any another stovetop smoker should work just as well if you don't have access to an outdoor smoker. These indoor setups are an easy way to get that smoky flavor without spending a ton of cash on an outdoor unit.
